Decade Steam Lager
A Montana Uncommon, this beer was brewed using Lager Yeast but was fermented at ale temperatures. This type of beer is known as a “Steam Beer.” It is dark amber in color and has a nice malt presence and some subtle hop character. We used two types of crystal hops, wheat, and a touch of black barley. The hops added were CTZ, Mt. Hood and some East Kent Goldings.
