About Montana Innocence Project
The Montana Innocence Project is a nonprofit organization dedicated to exonerating innocent Montana inmates and preventing future wrongful convictions. We provide the legal and investigative assistance necessary to identify and advance credible claims of innocence. We also advocate for public policy reforms to improve the criminal justice system, and work to educate Montanans throughout the state.
All communities throughout Montana.

Donations and funds help us pay for experts, investigators, lab tests and more. These resources help us fight for our clients and prove their innocence.
